Real Estate License Diplomado 2012

Today is the 7th of 12 days of the Real Estate License Diplomado (Course) for the State of Sonora Mexico.
I have learnt a lot. From basics History of Mexico to legal option to purchase in Mexico or How a Banktrust works for foreigners.
This Course is taking place for the first time in 5 years. Sonora is one of the 5 estates that requires a Real Estate License in Mexico and is also required for renew your licence.

If you are looking a Real Estate Agent in Rocky Point to help you buy or sell or even rent your property, i really recommend you to interview only Licensed Realtors. These are (the mayority) AMPI (mexican association of real estate proffessionals) members that means that they are ruled by an Ethics and Proffessional regulations that will protect you against frauds.

TODAY IS A GREAT DAY

After my conversation with Kurt Geiser last February 17th, 2012, I've became part of the Long Realty Rocky Point family.

Yes. Today I started my first day as a Real Estate Agent with this Broker. 

I am so excited, that i have called almost all my clients already giving them the news.

I just hope that my knowledge and experience would help to be a success in this Company. 

I will keep records of every  day so i can track my way to success.
